Dave - beautiful male Coton de Tulear puppy for sale in Mount Airy, North Carolina

$1,300

We are so excited! Bridget is one of Polly?s daughters from our very first litter. We have loved watching her grow up. She is such a sweet girl!
Now she is a Mommie!
Bridget gave birth to 7 BEAUTIFUL healthy puppies on 4/22/13.
They will be ready to go home on July 1.
They came in pairs ? plus one. We decided to name them after the Chipmunks and Chipettes ? plus Dave!
The Chipmunks would be lost without Dave -AND SO WOULD WE! Dave is a real character. He is the first to meet and greet everyone. Always happy, always so glad to see you! Brittany?s mom always gave us at least one ?tall? coton in each litter. This is a recessive gene that results in a very rare variation to the coton appearance. A tall coton has longer, graceful legs and is just a little larger than the others. We wondered if Bridget would carry on with this gene her Mom has and guess what!!! DAVE IS A TALL!
He is simply beautiful. He is mostly white with black ears and mask. He also has 3 small black dots across his lower back. Dave is available.
The last 2 pics are the mom Bridget.
All of our puppies come with a Vet exam, updated vaccinations, and are dewormed regularly. They get plenty of love and attention. We also will have them started with potty training. They are APRI Registered, although we sell our pups as Pet Only, so registration does not come with the puppy. Should you decide you want the registration, we can provide registration papers for an additional $100. Shipping is an option for an additional fee. Visit our website for more info and pics
The Coton is a playful, affectionate, intelligent breed. Some Cotons have a habit of jumping up and walking on their hind legs to please people. Most Cotons love meeting new people and are very curious in new situations. The dogs are very trainable with praise, instead of punishment. Cotons are great with kids and love to play.
The Coton is in general a healthy breed. The Coton is a fairly rare breed. The fact that they are rarer breeds means the Coton de Tulear has faced very little inbreeding, the source of many canine health disorders. The Coton de Tulear has many fewer disorders than many other breeds. The average life span of a Coton de Tulear is 16 to 18 years.
